I'm really picky about text-only icons, and I definitely don't like my own, but, well, it's whatevs. I'm only posting them because I already spent the time making them and I don't really want them to rot on my external, so. Your text icons aren't near as bad as you make them sound imho (although that might also be because I personally like super minimalism), but I do much like the handwriting style fonts you used before. Then again I guess it wouldn't go as well with the longer phrases.

And I really love the fanart ones. So vivid and sharp. I'm not familiar with the fandoms though, where is the character in 98 from? I like her D;

Ah I'm glad you think so. I am really into minimalism too, especially when it comes to text-only, but it's hard for me to try and be creative with arranging text. Or at least, it's hard in such a small space. I'm better at it when I have a larger image/workspace to work with, if you know what I mean. But I totally didn't think about the handwriting text, I will try that next time! At least on the ones that have a small amount of text.

I know, I have a hard time iconning just one or two specific fandoms because I don't like the specific-ness of it, if that makes any sense. 98 is from Persona 4, I've been addicted to the game ever since I bought it. It's so crazy and fun, you can sort of tell from the icons, but yeah. The characters are so silly and it's great fun. :} ♥
